PHILOSOPHY
In operating from a social work perspective my goal is to appreciate the complex influences on individuals including: their families, their communities and their cultures. This perspective starts with the person and their mental well-being, and ripples outward encompassing the multitude of people and systems that the individual influences and is influenced by.
Every person and every situation is unique. I approach each interaction with an open mind, exploring what is needed and what will be most effective in that situation.
